We put our home on the market and accepted an over asking price offer from the first person to walk through the home - all driven by Marks honest feedback and suggestions to best price and market the home. Mark and Katie gave honest feedback on how best to position ourselves for a sale. The home sold in 24 hours for well over asking price. They were both very timely in responses, professional, and did a great job advising us on the sale of our home and helped us negotiate the purchase of a new construction home!
